Soccer Elite Tours & Tournaments is looking for Tour Consultants to join our team!
What we’re looking for:
A Tour Consultant, is responsible for promoting and selling sports tours and tournament experiences to schools, clubs, and sports organisations. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, generating new business, and delivering exceptional customer service from the initial enquiry through to booking.
Key Tasks:
Generate new business
– Manage customer enquiries
– Build client relationships
– Create tour quotes
– Achieve sales targets
– Deliver excellent customer service
Requirements:
– Background in sport, either through education, participation, or employment.
– Degree in Business, Sport, or a related field.
– Previous experience in a sales or business development role.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong organisational and time management abilities.
– Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
– Full UK driving licence (if travel is required).

OPERATIONS LEAD

The Operations Lead will lead the planning and delivery of sports tours and tournaments, ensuring every event runs smoothly and provides an outstanding experience for clients.
Key Tasks:
– Plan and coordinate tours and tournaments
– Manage logistics and supplier relationships
– Oversee event delivery
– Liaise with clients and venues
– Lead and support the operations team
– Resolve issues quickly and effectively
– Ensure high standards of customer service
– Maintain budgets, schedules, and operational records
Requirements:
