Founded by Kieran Turner & Lauren Leach, Soccer Elite Tours & Tournaments has spent more than 10 years delivering expertly organised football tours & tournaments.

Lauren Leach
Director
Passionate about creating world-class football experiences, Lauren specialises in organising and managing football tours and tournaments that bring teams together from around the globe. With experience in sports event management, she has successfully planned and executed youth, amateur, and professional competitions, ensuring seamless logistics, top-tier facilities, and unforgettable experiences for players, coaches, and fans.
From scouting elite venues to coordinating travel, accommodations, and match schedules, Lauren takes pride in delivering professionally run tournaments that foster talent development, international networking, and a true love for the game. Whether it’s a pre-season tour, a high-profile invitational, or a grassroots development program, Lauren will ensure every detail is covered for an exceptional football experience.
Kieran Turner
Director
Kieran is a seasoned professional specialising in Talent Identification, management, and development, with a decade of experience as a professional football coach. He is a director at Soccer Elite Tours & Tournaments, renowned for delivering first-class football experiences, facilitating international tours & tournaments, providing players with the opportunity to compete on some of the best stages in the sport. Kieran leads the design and execution forging partnerships with top clubs across the UK and Europe creating pathways for players to showcase their talents globally.
Kieran has progressed to his MSc in Sports Directorship at UCFB and has successfully completed multiple UEFA coaching badges and Talent ID courses. His expertise and qualifications, combined with his entrepreneurial mindset, have generated multi-millions in sales across the football industry through his various businesses, establishing him as a leader within the sporting world.
Harrison Mead
Tour and Tournament Coordinator
Harrison brings a wealth of experience and a passion for football that is evident in everything he does. His dedication and hard work have been instrumental in the smooth organisation of our events, ensuring that both players and parents have a positive experience.
As a coordinator, Harrison is responsible for managing the logistics of our tournaments and tours, from planning and scheduling to coordinating with venues and teams. His attention to detail and excellent organisational skills have been key to the success of our events.
Beyond his work with us, Harrison also plays football for Dunstable FC, showcasing his commitment to the sport both professionally and personally. His enthusiasm for football and his commitment to providing a professional and enjoyable experience for all participants have made him a valuable addition to our team.
