Booking FAQs
All tours must be booked online through the Soccer Elite Tours & Tournaments website, or by contacting our Sales Team on 01727 807227.
Our sales team is available Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm, to help with any questions or requirements.
For UK tours, children are classed as 12 and under, and adults are classed as 16 and over.
For European tours, children are classed as 12 and under, and adults are classed as 16 and over.
For health and safety reasons, each room must include at least one responsible adult aged 21 or over.
Group Leaders can make amendments to their booking up to 10 weeks before the tour start date. Any reductions in numbers made during this period will result in the loss of deposit per person. All changes must be made by contacting your tour operator.
After the 10 week cut-off point, no further changes can be made and full payment becomes due. At this stage, payments are non-refundable.
We can provide coach, ferry, and flight arrangements to suit your team’s travel needs, depending on the tour requirements.
We arrange transport for all European tournaments to ensure a smooth and well-organised experience from arrival through to departure. This includes travel between accommodation, fixtures, and scheduled activities, ensuring teams are fully supported throughout their stay.
Soccer Elite Tours & Tournaments does not arrange travel insurance for any of our tours. We strongly recommend that all teams and participants arrange suitable insurance independently to cover their time away on tour.
Yes, we do. Our Online Booking Portal is designed to make managing your sports tour straightforward and stress-free.
You will receive access to our Online Booking Portal once your booking has been confirmed. A confirmation email will be sent with all relevant links and instructions.
Each parent or guardian can create their own login to register their child and view all important information relating to the tour, including key details and updates.
Through the portal, group leaders can easily manage participant information, accommodation info, and keep all booking details organised in one central place. The system also streamlines payments by allowing secure payment links to be sent directly to individuals, enabling each participant to pay their balance safely and efficiently.
Overall, the portal is designed to reduce administration, improve organisation, and provide a smooth, user-friendly experience for both organisers and families.
We typically require a per-person deposit to secure your booking, after which payment plans can be structured to suit the needs of each organisation, helping to make the overall cost more manageable.
All bookings are confirmed once the relevant Terms and Conditions have been reviewed and signed by the organisation. These T&Cs clearly set out our cancellation policy and form part of the agreed booking process.
We understand that circumstances can change and cancellations may sometimes be required. In these cases, our standard cancellation terms will apply as outlined below.
If a booking is cancelled before any deposits have been paid, no cancellation charges will apply. Once deposits have been paid, the following charges will apply based on the time remaining before departure:
More than 84 days before departure: deposit is non-refundable.
84 to 29 days before departure: 75% cancellation charge.
28 to 15 days before departure: 90% cancellation charge.
14 days to 1 day before departure: 100% cancellation charge.
For flight-inclusive tours, cancellation charges may also be subject to airline terms and conditions. Please refer directly to the airline’s policy for full details.
We recommend reviewing our full Booking Conditions for complete information on cancellation terms and all other booking requirements.
