SELECT
SQUADS
Our SELECT SQUADS are made up of talented players identified through our Talent ID Showcase events.
These players will be invited to take part in further Talent ID opportunities hosted by professional clubs, as well as exclusive showcase fixtures.
This programme is designed as an additional pathway for players, allowing them to continue representing their Saturday or Sunday teams while accessing extra elite-level opportunities in three key formats:

Our SELECT SQUADS bring together top boys & girls from a variety of grassroots teams, ensuring we create the strongest possible squads to represent Soccer Elite.
Importantly, this programme will not conflict with any regular weekend team commitments. Instead, it enhances each player’s development by offering high-level experiences alongside their current football schedule.
SETT Festival ID Events
We’re pleased to announce the upcoming SETT Select Squad ID Festivals, taking place throughout October, November and December.
These festivals are for players who have expressed an interest in representing SETT Select Squads.
HOW DO I APPLY?
Players interested in being considered for a SETT Select Squad should complete the application form to register their interest and be considered for the relevant age-group ID Festival.
The ID Festivals will consist of a series of in-house games, giving our coaching staff the opportunity to assess players in a competitive environment. These sessions will form a key part of the selection process, helping us identify talent and build squads for upcoming matches.
Players are encouraged to attend both a SETT ID Festival and a Talent ID Event to maximise their opportunities to be assessed for Select Squad selection. If you are unable to attend a SETT ID Festival, you must attend a Talent ID Event to be considered.

SETT Select Squads Signings
Our Soccer Elite Talent ID Events continue to provide a pathway for young players to be seen by professional clubs, with three recent SETT players securing academy opportunities.
– Jessica has signed for Aston Villa Academy U16s
– Evie-May has signed for Tottenham Hotspur Academy U13s
– Albie has signed for Luton Town Academy U10s
All three players were spotted through our Soccer Elite Talent ID Events, where professional club scouts attend to identify players with the potential to progress into academy football.
Three players, three professional academies, and another great example of how our Talent ID Events can help connect young players with opportunities at the next level.
