The opening ceremony of the Costa Daurada Cup is a spectacular and colourful celebration that kicks off the tournament in style. Taking place on the evening of the first day, teams march onto the pitch in coordinated procession, often behind their national or club flags creating a vibrant parade of jerseys and cultures. The official welcome includes the raising of flags, an emotive address to declare the tournament open, and lively entertainment—featuring music, dance, and in many editions, fireworks, to set an electric tone for the competition ahead.
