The Mare Nostrum Cup opens with a vibrant and festive ceremony that perfectly sets the tone for one of Spain’s largest grassroots football tournaments. Held each Easter in Salou, the opening parade along the iconic Passeig Jaume I brings together over 3,000 young players representing more than 400 teams from across Europe and beyond. Players proudly carry their club and national flags through the streets, cheered on by families and local supporters.
